By bringing together some of Italy’s best artisan pasta producers and gourmet sauce makers for the first time, we hope to elevate pasta and sauce to something truly sublime.

To reveal the inner workings of pasta we created a design that brings to life the central idea of our brand. Inspired by a technical drawing of plumbing grommets, our striking black and white illustrations showcase the exact contours, size and dimensions of each pasta shape, celebrating their wonderful diversity. Our cookbook is the blueprint for our collection of slow-dried, bronze-drawn pasta and sublime sauces, made in small batches by Italian artisans.

In contrast to industrially produced pasta, our pasta is dried slowly at very low temperatures for up to 48 hours. This keeps the taste characteristics of starch and gluten without any precooking and “evaporation” of protein and nutrients.

Our pasta is drawn through traditional bronze dies. This special process gives the pasta its characteristic light yellow colour and a rougher texture and quality, encouraging the sauces to adhere better.
